Typically these properties have been built without a licence or without complying with the parameters of a building licence from a local authority, which has possibly ignored the infringement of planning laws.<\/p>\n<p> These houses have been in limbo between legality and illegality, as most were built more than 4 years ago, so the deadline has passed for the local government to take action against the illegal construction and uphold urbanisation laws.<\/p>\n<p> Some of these homes currently do not have utilities connected, such as electricity and water; although Andaluc\u00eda\u2019s regional government has approved the Law (Decree 2\/2012), which came into force on March 1<sup>st<\/sup> of this year which means that owners can now apply for utilities and register their homes.<\/p>\n<p> READ more &#8211;
