Las multas se est\u00e1n imponiendo aplicando la Ley de protecci\u00f3n de la seguridad ciudadana, Ley Organica 4\/2015. Aunque ha sido a trav\u00e9s de unas directrices del Ministerio del Interior cuando se han elaborado un listado de infracciones y sanciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las infracciones m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Desplazamiento no autorizado (sin circunstancias concurrentes): 601 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Actitud inapropiada del infractor: menosprecio (2.000 euros); intimidaci\u00f3n, cuando no constituya infracci\u00f3n penal (3.000 euros); violencia o amenaza, cuando no constituya infracci\u00f3n penal (10.400 euros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Persistencia referida a restricciones a la libre circulaci\u00f3n: 1.200 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Persistencia referida a la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades no permitidas en establecimientos comerciales o industriales: 2.000 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Presencia de menores, personas con discapacidad o en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, en especial en el veh\u00edculo sin causa justificada: 1.500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Desplazamiento no autorizado, junto a otras personas: 1.500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– No identificaci\u00f3n inicial debido a dificultades propiciadas por la persona infractora: 700 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Actuaci\u00f3n deliberada del infractor para evitar o dificultar su identificaci\u00f3n: 1.500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Organizaci\u00f3n o participaci\u00f3n en actividades en, festejos, celebraciones, etc.: 10.400 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La denuncia tiene que ser notificada en el domicilio del infractor mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una vez recibida el infractor puede:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1.- Ignorar la notificaci\u00f3n, en cuyo caso el procedimiento seguir\u00e1 adelante hasta cobrar la multa con su recargo, incluso mediante embargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.- Pagar en el plazo de 15 d\u00edas con un descuento de 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.- Presentar alegaciones en el plazo de 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el caso de que presente alegaciones, se inicia un procedimiento que terminar\u00e1 o bien con una resoluci\u00f3n confirmando la multa o bien con el archivo del procedimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
