{"id":3873,"date":"2019-09-12T14:40:23","date_gmt":"2019-09-12T14:40:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/decottalaw.com\/?p=3873"},"modified":"2019-09-12T14:40:25","modified_gmt":"2019-09-12T14:40:25","slug":"children-travelling-from-or-leaving-spain-important-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/decottalaw.com\/fr\/children-travelling-from-or-leaving-spain-important-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Children travelling from or leaving Spain &#8211; Important changes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 1<sup>st<\/sup>\nSeptember a new law has come into effect about children leaving Spanish territory.\nIt is particularly important where a child is not travelling with a parent.\nThese security measures mean that any parent who wants their children to travel\nwith grandparents, other family members or friends must give their consent by\ncompleting an online form and taking the completed form for registration at a National\nPolice Office or Guardia Civil post. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Regulation\n10\/2019 of 9th July states that when Spanish children leave Spain they must\nhave their current identity document (DNI) if they are travelling within the EU\nor the EEE. If travelling outside these countries they need to have a current valid\npassport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For children\nof other nationalities leaving Spain they must have a valid passport. For minors,\nthose under aged 18, who travel unaccompanied or without one of their parents written\nconsent must be given. The consent form is available at <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.policia.gob.es\/portalCiudadano\/normativa\/declaracion_permiso_viaje_menores.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>formulario\nmodelo<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the parent(s)\ncompletes this form and take it to the National Police or Guardia Civil\nquarters.
