The Coin Town Hall
\nhas initiated a plan that if approved would regularize up to 90% of properties
\non non-urban land.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Coin
\nTown hall has initiated the process in order to regularise the situation of the
\nvast majority of illegal properties in the area. This would consist of issuing
\ncertificates equivalent to the First Occupation Licence that would permit the
\nproperty to obtain correct contracts for utility supplies, and register the
\nbuilding as a dwelling rather than a tool shed or such like. <\/p>\n

At this current
\nmoment there are approximately 7,000 building is coin built on non-urban land,
\n70% of these buildings believed to be houses. That means that approximately
\n4.000 houses could benefit this new law if approved.<\/p>\n

The cost of
\nthis certificate will be rather expensive. The cost will be approximately 5% of
\nthe assessed value of the construction. This would be the equivalent to cost of
\nobtaining the corresponding initial building licences that have not been
\nobtained on these properties. <\/p>\n

De Cotta
\nLaw of Sierra Chica, Co\u00edn (opposite La Trocha) will be investigating this and
\nwill shortly advise in respect of the criteria for properties which can be
\nlegalised and the procedure which is required.<\/p>\n
