This would consist of issuing<br \/>\ncertificates equivalent to the First Occupation Licence that would permit the<br \/>\nproperty to obtain correct contracts for utility supplies, and register the<br \/>\nbuilding as a dwelling rather than a tool shed or such like. <\/p>\n<p>At this current<br \/>\nmoment there are approximately 7,000 building is coin built on non-urban land,<br \/>\n70% of these buildings believed to be houses. That means that approximately<br \/>\n4.000 houses could benefit this new law if approved.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of<br \/>\nthis certificate will be rather expensive. The cost will be approximately 5% of<br \/>\nthe assessed value of the construction.
