There can be advantages in purchasing or
\ntransferring Spanish property into the name of a UK limited company. There can
\nbe a significant saving on inheritance tax in Spain where there is no spouse
\nexemption for non residents. Some companies are offering to set up standard
\nstructures but where the current tax value of the property is not very high
\nthis can be expensive if your particular circumstances are not taken into
\naccount. <\/p>\n

Everybody has different considerations both for
\ntheir Spanish property and their UK assets and a consultation is advisable
\nusing the current tax levels so that you can decide if this structure suits
\nyou. It is very important to take tax advice in both countries as you must
\ncomply with all of the obligations on fiscal transparency and each individual
\nclient has unique circumstances. <\/p>\n
