Javier Florido and Lauren Sykes held a De Cotta Law seminar in Manchester this week providing important information on Spanish law and procedure in Personal Injury claims. The meeting was well attended by a number of lawyers who work with Holiday and Package Travel claims in the UK.
Javier, who is an experienced litigator and Personal Injury specialist, explained how to commence claims; how De Cotta Law can assist in obtaining police reports and medical reports and gave an explanation about Quantum and Liability.
Lauren was able to advise on the interruption of prescription which is only one year, either from the date of the accident, or the date when no further recovery can be expected.
