Last week, Reyes Goméz and Lauren Sykes, from our Family Department, attended the 5th International Congress in Oporto, Portugal. The congress was organized by Ajiudefa, the International Association of Family Law Lawyers (Asociación International de Juristas de Derecho de Familia). The congress included a wide range of topics including international change of residence of the minor, joint custody and a review of the financial and patrimonial aspects of a divorce granted in another jurisdiction.
