Coín är en gammal Andalusisk stad som har historik som sträcker sig till romartiden. Nästlad mellan Rio Grande dalen är staden ett snabbt växande samhälle med över 20 000 personer, varav utlänningar är en betydande andel.
Dess centrala plats är en del av dess popularitet. Coín är mindre än en halvtimma från de huvudsakliga kuststäderna så som Marbella, Fuegirola & Benalmadena och även nära till Málaga stad samt givetvis det vackra landskapet inåt landet.
Utöver de gamla husen och charmiga kyrkorna, ståtar Coín med en av regionens bästa shopping och relax center (La Trocha) och är också hem för filmstudion där BBC dramat Eldorado blev filmat!

Lauren Sykes
Lauren is a qualified Associate Legal Executive based at the Coín office and is the first point of contact for the clients. Lauren started work with De Cotta Law as a secretary and administrator and has been undertaking a successful programme of studies in English law in Probate, Family and civil law. Lauren has now completed the academic part of her studies and is advising Family clients on all aspects of English family law and always seeks to negotiate a settlement.
Originally from Manchester she came to live in Malaga 14 years ago and now lives in Spain with her family. In her spare time she mainly looks after her young daughter, enjoys reading and socializing with friends.
