Reyes Gómez Llorente
Abogada
Reyes Gomez is an experienced Family lawyer advising on all aspects of divorce, financial matters and custody and maintenance applications. Reyes has acted in a number of Hague Convention cases where parents are seeking the return of children, both to and from Spain, if they have been removed without consent.
Reyes completed her law studies before working in Madrid for some years representing clients in Family law and also acting in Litigation matters. As a member of the College of lawyers – Abogados – of Malaga she regularly updates her knowledge as well as taking part in Conferences and seminars on current issues in Family law.
As a member of the English Family law group Resolution Reyes will always seek a negotiated agreement on custody and maintenance for children which can still be approved by the courts so that it is binding on the parties. This can be particularly important where parents live in, or work in, different countries and need the protection of a written agreement. Equally in cases where one of the parties in a divorce is in a weaker financial position she will push for a fair settlement and if necessary be prepared to take this matter before the Spanish courts.
For a confidential consultation please call on 952 527014 or email [email protected]
Reyes is registered number 5780 with the Málaga College of Lawyers.
